Musical, dancing jewels: the Almeria collection takes its name from the Spanish town mentioned in a love song

The new collection, which follows the music hall-inspired Cheek to Cheek Collection, continues the link with lyrics. Almeria, a city in Andalusia, Spain, is the final line of ‘Initials BB’, a song alluding to “musical, dancing jewels” that was written at the end of a relationship between Serge Gainsbourg and Brigitte Bardot.

Almeria offers a range of necklaces, rings, bracelets and earrings with clusters of pearls. Ceramic touches are said to represent Grecian jewellery. Colours include bronze and midnight blue and the range introduces fastening and coloured knotting details.

Initials Gold features bronze pearls set in metal ‘ribbons’

Setz Gold’s layered chains are said to echo jewellery worn by Bardot. The range also includes necklaces, stud earrings and bracelets with clusters of bubble-like white and pink cultured pearls set in silver, rhodium and 18ct gold plated.

Grelot offers cultured pearls with silver and 18ct gold plating while Initials Gold designs include metal ribbon and bronze handmade pearls with rhodium plating.

The contemporary Cercle Gold range features rigid curved rings linked to flexible chains. Earrings and rings are adjustable.
