UK. Jonathan Coen has been appointed to the key post of Heathrow Airport Commercial Director following Brian Woodhead’s decision to leave the business.
Coen has 18 years’ working experience across airports in several leadership roles spanning commercial planning, retail, baggage and passenger service.
Woodhead is taking up a new challenge as Operations Director for Transport for London after 18 years in various Heathrow roles across Commercial, Retail, Terminal 2 Development and World Duty Free.
Coen said: ‘I am excited about the opportunity to work more broadly across the Commercial team and I look forward to building on Heathrow’s success in delivering experiences that delight our customers.
“Brian leaves behind him a strong legacy built with the passenger at the heart of our commercial operation and he will be greatly missed by his Heathrow team.”
