Inflight Sales Group awarded inflight concession for Air Caraïbes

ISG logo 220FRANCE. Inflight Sales Group (ISG) has been awarded the inflight retail concession for Air Caraïbes, effective 1 December.

Air Caraïbes is owned by Groupe Dubreuil, which also appointed ISG as the inflight retail concessionaire for sister airline, French Blue, earlier this year.

ISG Director Europe Karen Durban said: “Based on our positive experience launching with sister company French Blue, ISG is extremely pleased about working with Air Caraïbes. We will provide the airline with a tailored offer, high-calibre tools for crew, and offer great innovation in technology and services. The unique dynamism of the airline and the high motivation of the crew are two key elements that will help us to boost the sales and reach our targets.”

AIR CARAIBESDurban added: “This new business also consolidates our local Paris partnership with Newrest’s catering unit based in Orly, which already covers four French airlines.”

Air Caraïbes Inflight Manager Sophie Jean-Victor commented: “We are eager to start working with the ISG team on Air Caraïbes’ transatlantic flights. Their new process and tools, together with a strong product expertise, should not only seduce our crew members but also our customers onboard and allow us to rapidly lift our sales.”

isg 1Air Caraïbes was launched in 2000. Since 2003, it has operated scheduled long-haul flights between Paris Orly Airport and the Caribbean in addition to its regional network.

The carrier is a recognised specialist for Caribbean and Guyana destinations and will add new routes to Cuba and the Bahamas before year-end.
