Hong Kong International tenders Terminal 1 watches concession

HONG KONG. Airport Authority Hong Kong has called a tender for a watches concession in the T1 Check-In Hall at Hong Kong International Airport. The airport described the 22sq m unit as “an extraordinary business opportunity in a premier location”.

It also noted the airport’s “affluent mix of passengers from all over the world, with over 45% being executives, professionals and proprietors”.

The airport handled 68.5 million passenger in 2015, up by +8.1% year-on-year. For the first seven months of this year, HKIA welcomed 41.5 million passengers, marking a year-on-year increase of +5.2%.

The deadline for submissions is 22 September.
