Heathrow Airport names Chris Annetts in new retail and service role

Chris Annetts has been named as Heathrow’s Retail and Service Proposition Director. He takes responsibility for the airport’s restaurants, shops, advertising and digital offering as well as the development of the overall Heathrow Service Proposition.

He was previously Commercial Passenger Services Director where he oversaw service provision through the airport’s transport links, premium products, telecoms and digital platforms, and he led customer focus thinking through research and insight.

He has 13 years’ experience with Heathrow and has held roles across retail, airline business development and commercial strategy.
