GUADELOUPE. Guadeloupe Pôle Caraïbes Airport Company has called for Expressions of Interest in a series of commercial tenders ranging from duty free to food & beverage.
Applications are due by 30 April.
The duty free concession runs for eight years; the other contracts for five |
The tenders include:
• Lot 1: Operation of duty free stores in T1 and T2 Departures and a ‘Surf Shop, Fashion and Perfumes & Cosmetics’ outlet in T1 Arrivals
• Lot 2: Operation of a tobacconist, bookstore, CD and convenience store in T1 plus a mobile kiosk in T2
• Lot 3: Operation of a souvenirs and jewellery shop in T1
• Lot 4: Sandwich bar in T1 and T2; Foodstore in T1 Arrivals
• Lot 5: Tropical flowers outlet in T1
• Lot 6: Combined operation of Lots 2, 3 and 4
• Lot 7: Operation of one or more points (three maximum) of banking services
• Lot 8: Bag wrapping and related services in T1 & T2
• Lot 9: Concierge and related services
Each concession runs for five years, except Lot 1 which has an eight-year tenure.

Selected candidates will receive tender documents (RFPs) during May nd will then have two months to prepare offers that will be judged according to the following criteria and weighting:
• Architecture and design: 200 points
• Marketing and quality: 100 points
• Financial offer: 600 points
• Overall credibility of the offer: 100 points
Candidates may bid for one or more lots, but must formally submit a complete dossier for each of the lots they are contesting.
