Simply the Best: HMSHost is opening a Starbucks store at Belfast City Airport next month

Belfast City Airport Commercial Manager Joanne Deighan said the outlet would occupy a prime position in the Departures lounge. “We were recently named the ‘most convenient airport in the UK and Ireland’ and we want to provide a relaxing area for passengers to enjoy before boarding their flight with a complete food, beverage and retail offering,” she said.

“We are constantly looking for new ways to further enhance the passenger experience.”

The opening will create 25 jobs. It will be the 19th Starbucks store in Northern Ireland.

Belfast City Airport handled approximately 2.7 million passengers in 2015.
