Fraport USA appoints Ellery Plowman as VP of Business Development

US. Airport retail and food & beverage specialist Fraport USA has appointed Ellery Plowman as Vice President of Business Development.

Plowman joins Fraport USA’s executive team and brings more than 30 years of experience, primarily in the airport sector. Her skills cover retail management, operations, purchasing, commercial real estate leasing and business development.

Ellery Plowman is an active member of retail trade associations and a regular guest speaker and panelist at industry conferences

Her previous experience included a spell with Westfield’s airport concessions division, where she was VP Business Development and Leasing Management. At Westfield she worked on developing the company’s business at Chicago O’Hare International Airport Terminal 5 and six terminals at Los Angeles International Airport.

Earlier in her career, Plowman contributed to the expansion of Rosetta Stone in airport retail.
