INDIA. FirstCry, one of Asia’s largest online portals for baby products, has opened a store at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport.
The Terminal 2 shop, FirstCry’s first in an airport, is one of a range of high-end shops that have opened recently at the Mumbai gateway.
FirstCry.com is known for offering low prices and a strong online shopping experience. Its network extends to over 85 countries and includes more than 180 offline stores, offering over 200,000 baby and kids items from more than 2000 international and Indian brands.
Mumbai International Airport Limited (MIAL) said the omni-channel brand company aims to offer travellers a “seamless” shopping experience.
“With over 150 outlets, Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport constantly works towards laying out an expansive system of desirable features and services for its passengers,” MIAL said. “It has succeeded in setting up a retail spread that caters to the need of travellers from every age group and has successfully transformed into an unabridged shopping and leisure destination.”
