UK. Estée Lauder has extended its anti-ageing portfolio with Revelation Age-Resisting Brightening Crème. It is being rolled out this month into Europe, Middle East, Americas and Africa travel retail.
The product is described as a lightweight yet powerful daily moisturiser designed to counter the onslaught of environmental events that can lead to the first visible signs of premature skin ageing.
It is also said to visibly brighten skin tone and help skin support its natural collagen stores to help smooth out the appearance of fine lines. The crème is formulated with an exclusive triple Vitamin-C cocktail amplified by sophisticated skin-clarifying enzyme technology and next generation optics.
“Revelation goes beyond hydration and protection, filling an important gap in our skincare portfolio,” explained Lise Jorgensen, Estée Lauder Vice President, Skincare Product Development Worldwide. “This product is for a woman who’s beginning to detect a change in her skin – a dullness, freckling, the onset of fine lines – and who is looking for a bit more muscle from her daily moisturiser to keep her looking fresh and radiant while protecting her from everyday environmental stressors that can contribute to visibly uneven skin tone and accelerate the appearance of skin ageing.”
Dermatologist and ophthalmologist-tested and non-comedogenic, Revelation is recommended for twice daily use, in the morning and evening. For maximum efficacy, it should be paired with Idealist Pore Minimizing Skin Refinisher.
In other news, Estée Lauder is introducing two new travel retail exclusive sets this month. The Tender Lip Balm SPF15 trio set contains three of the most popular shades in this range. The balm formula is said to improve moisturisation by +28% and reduce flaking by -34% after four weeks’ use .
The shades featured are Tender Berry, Tender Pink and Tender Peach. They are packaged in a clear zip-top bag adorned with a detachable mobile phone charm.
The High Gloss Minis quintet set contains five mini lip glosses in shades of Amethyst, Rose, Berry, Pearl and Blush. They too are presented in a clear, zip-top bag with a charm that can be attached to a mobile .
