Belgian chocolatier Duc d’O will present four new ranges at next month’s TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes (Green Village J51).
New Cocoa Truffles offers three flavours: Chocolate, Orange and Cappuccino while the brand’s new Luxury Truffles range, the result of consumer research, features alcohol and fruit fillings.
Duc d’O’s new Mousse au Chocolat tablets, which move away from the informal and formal gifting segment, target self-consumption and sharing. The brand described the concept, which combines chocolate with light mousse, as a “real Belgian specialty”. Three flavours are offered: milk chocolate, dark chocolate and coffee.
The brand will also launch a range of individually wrapped mini tablets in 5 x 25g packs. There are four varieties: milk, dark with forest fruit, hazelnut and caramel.
