USA. SkyMarket, a 2,600sq ft store managed by The DFASS Group and JAF Concessions, has opened at Denver International Airport. The outlet offers a range of healthy food and drinks, personal care items and artisanal products.
SkyMarket is located on the mezzanine level of the B Concourse. The speciality food products offer includes locally roasted Huckleberry coffees, locally crafted ice cream from Sweet Action, grab-and-go sandwiches and salads, charcuterie meats and organic beverage Guayaki Yerba Mate. The store also offers baby and pet products, vitamins, health and beauty products, work from local artists and a large newsstand.
Denver International Senior Vice President of Concessions Neil Maxfield said: “SkyMarket will bring to our passengers a unique collection of retail and food products with an emphasis on sourcing from local Colorado companies whenever possible.”
In 2015, the concession programme at Denver Airport generated a record US$335.7 million in gross receipts.
