DC Design opens its first airport store in India at Mumbai International

INDIA. Custom car maker DC Design has opened a store at Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport.

The store is the company’s first in the city and is located in Terminal 2. It showcases the indigenously designed and developed DC Avanti, which is said to be India’s first sports car.

Chhatrapati Shivaji International is the first airport in the country to exhibit the car.

Other customised cars from designer and founder of DC Design Dilip Chhabria are also featured at the store.

“The launch of the DC design store by Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport inside T2 will not only offer a visual treat to passengers but also serve as an advocacy of the brand,” said airport company GVK Mumbai International Airport.

“Travellers [will be able] to learn more about the uniquely designed and remodelled cars launched by DC in India.”
