Dallas Fort Worth Airport adds retail and F&B units in Terminal E

USA. Six retail and F&B units have opened at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport as part of a series of renovation works in Terminal E.

Women’s accessories store Marshall-Rousso and an InMotion Entertainment electronics unit are among the new retail offerings. Texas Marketplace, which sells Texas themed gifts, has also opened along with a pre-security Southwest News concession.

On the F&B side, the new additions are Love Shack – a local burger concept from chef Tim Love, and Dallas smokehouse Sonny Bryan’s.

Other upgrades in the third phase of work at Terminal E include renovations at gates E11 to E17 and upgraded seating and charging tables. A 1,800-space parking garage has also opened adjacent to the terminal and features the airport’s parking guidance system technology.

“Our focus has been on delivering a superior customer experience – from easily finding a parking space to convenient check-in processing and a variety of concession options before boarding,” said Executive Vice President of Airport Development and Planning Khaled Naja.

A fourth phase of renovation work at Terminal E will commence in May, in which more concessions will be added. Construction work is expected to be completed in late 2017.
