The Department of Aviation said it expected the duty free store to feature liquor, tobacco products, fragrances, cosmetics, gourmet foods, leather goods, fashion accessories, clothing, crystal, jewellery, watches, pens, electronics and cameras. The offering is not however limited to these categories.

The food hall and market location is intended to offer a range of dining options with the choice of multiple micro-restaurant ‘live action kitchens’ set up as food stations, stalls or individual units. Each location is expected to provide a distinct cuisine or theme chosen from among the most popular cuisines in the region. The food hall will also include a fresh market featuring local gourmet products.

From 2013 to 2015, the Department of Aviation said food & beverage, retail and personal services sales at the airport increased from US$43.9 million to US$58.6 million. Sales per enplanement increased from US$8.77 in 2013 to US$9.82 in 2015, a +5.8% annual growth rate.
